'Suspicions of foul play' in man's disappearance

When Joshua Batchelor left his grandfather's Front Street home on April 26, 2017, leaving his wallet and phone behind, he told his mother he would see her the next day. It's been a year since then -- the worst and longest of Linda Moehring's life, she said Thursday. Her son has not returned.
