Cake in 5 minutes! The famous French cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and delicious
â–º Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
120g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
60g corn starch
500 ml milk
Brew the cream over medium heat until it thickens
Allow the pudding to cool completely
100 ml water
100 ml milk
80g butter
melt and bring to a boil
120g flour
Stir well and cook for about 2 minutes
Let the dough cool slightly
Gradually stir in 1 egg at a time
I needed 3 whole eggs and the fourth one wasn't complete
Gradually add the fourth egg until the desired dough consistency is reached
The dough should slide slowly off the spatula
Prepare a stencil for the future cake base
Use remaining egg for brushing
Sprinkle the entire dough with flaked almonds
Bake until golden brown at 180°C for approx. 35-40 minutes
Let the cake cool and cut it
Beat the chilled pudding
300 g cream cheese or mascarpone
Let's put the cake together
Decorate with powdered sugar
The cake can be eaten immediately or stored in the refrigerator for several hours to allow the cream to stabilize.
