My last Doctor told me to exercise and lose weight. My new Doctor sent me for a stress ECG and I was told to go straight to hospital. (I went the next morning) The next day I was fitted with a pacemaker and home 24 hours after that. Exercise would have killed me! My pulse has now gone from 39 to 79 at rest. My oxygen is now in the normal range. In a few weeks I will be able to exercise and lose weight! My suggestion is go to the chemist and buy an oxymeter.
