Threats pour out when someone dares to stand out of political line

An EU commissioner tells the Georgian PM (who is staying firm on the new 'foreign agent' law) to watch it or he could have someone try and kill you. Just a simple friendly warning? Sounds more like a threat.

But those threats politicians and countries face magically melt away, when a more ‘friendly’ government is elected. So, there’s a clear lesson to take away here - come to heel at the feet of the EU, fall in line, and all will be right. Otherwise, you’d better watch your back.
