In this video I share a new recipe for chicken legs. The first step is to make cuts in the chicken legs to allow them to absorb flavors and aromas. Salt and ground black pepper are then added to the meat. After letting it rest for 10 minutes, the legs are fried until golden on one side and then flipped to cook on all sides. In a separate bowl, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and paprika are mixed together. After the legs are golden on all sides, the mixture is poured over them and 250 milliliters of beer is added. The legs are then braised under a lid for 10 minutes on one side and another 15 minutes on the other side. The result is tender meat that doesn't require a knife!
✅Ingredients:
7 - 8 chicken legs.
Salt and ground black pepper.
Vegetable oil.
Butter.
1 onion.
Garlic a few cloves.
3 tablespoons of honey.
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons.
Paprika 1 tablespoon.
250 milliliters of beer.
