Can DFL Rep. in Olmsted Rep. Andy Smith Pass a Drug Test?

DFL Rep. Andrew Smith has a handler / minder assigned to him. Andrew isn't talking much these daze. Reefer Madness! Could Andrew pee in a cup to pass a drug test? You or I try applying for a job, or have an accident on the job, I would be required to take AND PASS a drug test. If your child applies for a job this summer he or she may need to pass a DRUG TEST. Do you think the Minnesota DFL Rep. in 25 B Andy Smith could pass a DRUG TEST? I will challenge him to pee in a cup to be re-elected.
