Finding the equation of a line in point-slope and slope-intercept form

When given the slope and a point that the line passes through, find the equation of the line. The best way is to use the point-slope form which can be converted to the slope-intercept form.
Point-Slope form: y-y1 = m(x-x1)
Slope-Intercept form: y=mx+b
