Oatmeal, apple and carrots! No sugar! No eggs and no banana. Lenten recipe

10.5 oz (300 g) cake flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder.
Salt. 3 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
2 carrots.
1 apple.
1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil. 1/4 cup (60 ml) water.
2 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
1 cup (100 g) walnuts.
Lightly fry over medium heat.
8 inch (21 cm) baking pan size.
Divide the dough into 3 parts
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 20 minutes.
Zest of 1 orange and juice.
2.5 oz (70 g) semolina. 2 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
2 cups (480ml) water.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Grind the trimmings.
Let cool in the refrigerator.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
