Red Belly Stuck in a Can

Occurred on April 26, 2018 / Macclesfield, South Australia

"I received an early morning phone call from a Macclesfield resident on his way to work and as he was driving along, he saw a snake on the road and noticed his head was stuck inside a can. He pulled over, picked up the snake and placed him off the road then called us. We drove straight out to Macclesfield being there in about 20 minutes. After we located the snake and cut him out of the can, we released him there on the spot. He made his way down a tunnel and straight into a crack in the ground."
