World Court ruling on Israel difficult to enforce, analysts say

The World Court's ruling on Friday (May 24) ordering Israel to immediately halt its military assault on the southern Gaza city of Rafah was a significant step and is based on solid legal ground, but would be difficult to enforce, York University Professor Heidi Matthews and former executive director of Human Rights Watch Kenneth Roth told Reuters.
