Welcome to your guide to spending focused quality time with the Lord. We now will be receiving from Psalm 3 in The Passion Translation. The translator, Brian Simmons, breathes new life into the Psalms calling it "Poetry on Fire!" May these bless you!

These are now called MORNING MEDITATIONS. They contain more teaching on the scripture at which we are looking. Meditation is intended you give you an idea of how to dial your mind and energy down, listen to the Word, and do spontaneous worship. They are intended to be a part of a morning meditation routine.

You can always PAUSE THE VIDEO in any section where you would like to take more time. In fact, that is the intent.
