Rep. Steube calls for criminal referral against Hunter Biden

Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) says there needs to be a criminal referral against Hunter Biden for repeatedly lying to Congress during his February deposition. "Remember, Michael Cohen was prosecuted for lying to Congress," he says. "That's one of the reasons why he went to prison. This is a serious charge. We put every single person that is a witness before us under oath. And it's even more exacerbated because of all the legal problems that Hunter Biden has."
