Getting Foreign Money Out of Ohio

People are surprised Governor DeWine wants to put Biden on the ballot in Ohio. But of course, there is more to the story. RINOs and Democrats are holding up the passage of H.B. 114, which will get foreign money out of Ohio elections in exchange for helping Biden get on the ballot. But Democrats and RINOs want the foreign money because it funds their efforts.
