Full disclosure - I don't love PLLA threads. They are stiff and can be hard to insert and stay in place. But I have learned how to make them work for me!
This is why today I will be doing vertical placement - to work WITH the stiffness of the threads. I will be using 25mm 30 gage as IN find these to be the easiest size to use. These will build collagen in the skin for 18months.
