HPD says Karon Fisher ran over a stranger on Woodridge Square Drive, then straddled him, kissed him, slit his throat and stabbed him over and over on May 3.

HOUSTON (KIAH) – Houston police have charged 20-year-old Karon Fisher as the suspect caught on camera. Police originally responded to a call for a failure to stop and render aid.
When officers arrived on scene at the 7000 block of Woodridge Square Drive, they found the unresponsive 64-year-old male victim with multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
