Baited up to catch some cats

As everyone know catfish are attacked to chicken liver, I am using it cos it's cheap and easy to use with an 99.99% chance of catching successfully if you are doing it right. If you are just hooking a bunch of liver and cast and it fell off then you are doing it completely wrong use cotten. If you have runs and fail to set the hook and see there are still a bunch of bait on when retrieved then your baits are to big covering hook mouth use smaller baits or use bigger hooks. If you never have tried to catch cats on chicken liver then you should be on your way to buy you a couple of kg bags of frozen chicken liver for the weekend. I use +/- 1kg of liver in 5 hours and landing around 9 out of 10 line runs.

Timing. If you have an great spot with loads of cats you won't cast an second line. In bad conditions you will be pulling every 30 to 40 min depending on the whether and the fish but liver will deliver
