Is Fani Willis allowed to misappropriate money because she's black?

Just me questioning why Nathan Wade is allowed to keep misappropriated funds just because he's black and so is his side piece. Does that make me racist? Tough shit. I'm asking. Are either of these crooks going to jail? If not, why? If they were white they'd have been put UNDER the prison by now.
