In this delivery we return to an earlier Blindspot wherein we looked at Alexander Dugin, a Russian political philosopher, who argues that in the era of multipolarity, we have to get used to what he calls the 're-provincialisation' of the West. This we do in the context of history, to show the extent to which global power dynamics have shifted since 2003 & US Shock & Awe attack on Baghdad!
