Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt is one of the few greatest musicians of our times who have contributed immensely to popularize the Indian Classical Music all across the globe. He is also one of the only musicians to have popularized a new kind of Indian Classical Instrument, called Mohan-Veena, uniquely blending Gayaki and Tantrakari.
Born in a respected music legacy family, the Bhatts have dedicated over 300 years to keep Indian Music pulsate and prosper.
This heredity played a pivotal role in defining Vishwa Mohan's musical endeavours. However, it was his extraordinary talent that at the age of 17, he developed interest in the Western Guitar and tuned it to incredibly rich Indian harmonies.
Over the last 50 years, he has performed in over 80 countries and all the prestigious music festivals around the different parts of the world.
