Here is Part 295 of the ‘Foot Workouts’ series!
In this video, I keep a steady back-beat with my hands, and play the sixty third 8-note pattern (LRLLRRLL - left / right / left / left / right / right / left / left) with my feet, at 60bpm at first, and then a little bit faster, at 80bpm.
The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
