Serbian president blasts Western-backed ‘Srebrenica genocide’ resolution at UN

Serbia has condemned the Western-backed ‘Srebrenica genocide’ resolution in the UN General Assembly, saying it was a highly politicized measure that essentially opens Pandora's box.

Proposed by Germany and Rwanda, the resolution declares the 11th of July as a day of commemoration of a contested act of genocide that occurred in a Bosnian town nearly 30 years ago amid the Yugoslav wars.
