Shocking Refund Issues Exposed

NEC trip aborted, refund problem with cross country | Talking Really Channel

Caused by GWR late running, so I missed my connecting train. Even so, the next train crew refused boarding, even knowing the problems for half a dozen of us.

Then, customer services are mucking around and not refunding their half of the trip. GWR, no questions, refunded within hours.
