Milk 240ml (1 cup)

For the Cake:
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Plain Flour 290g (2 cups)
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Milk 240ml (1 cup)
2 Eggs
Melted Butter 90g (⅓ cup, 1 tablespoon)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Few flaked Almonds (optional)

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan - 20x20 cm square

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 45-55 minutes
