The Sovereignty Summit

We are delighted to have so many legislators from six continents taking part in this extraordinarily timely conversation. This event is the result of many conversations involving members of our Sovereignty Coalition team, legislators here in the United States led by Senator Ron Johnson and Congressman Ralph Norman, and, increasingly, elected officials from around the world.

We concluded that there is an urgent need to address jointly the many questions and deep concerns arising from the planned, imminent approval of two World Health Organization treaties – neither of which have been finalized.

The purpose of today’s Sovereignty Summit is to provide a vehicle for having that open and transparent conversation – qualities utterly absent from the negotiations to date on the agreement that would amend—and fundamentally transform—the existing International Health Regulations and the new Pandemic Treaty.
