Recipe #1.

50g – (1/3 cup) nuts.
150g – (1/3 cup + 1 cup) gluten free oats.
2-3 oranges.
2 medium ripe bananas.
A pinch of salt.
3 tablespoons coconut oil.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Fresh or frozen raspberries.
Almond flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for about 40 minutes.
30 g – (1 ounce) sugar-free chocolate. 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

100g – (1 cup) gluten free oatmeal.
120ml – (1/2 cup) milk. I use hazelnut milk.
Let it rest for 10 minutes so that the oatmeal absorbs the milk.
2 medium ripe bananas.
1 egg.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 medium apple.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-28 minutes.
