How the City uses Fed.&State money and create Job security

This road is about 6 months old after the new water lines were installed. Purposely cutting the road to make it look damaged to stay busy during the plandemic. Not like there are not worse roads here that they never fix. Not only the city received money to replace the lead and old rusty cast water lines, the city was profiteering off the home owners with charging owners a obscene amount over a typical plumbing company to have their lines to their house replaced when the city received taxpayers money from the Fed and State for the purpose of lead line replacement. This was 2021.
