HAITI'S HUMANITARIAN CRISIS. THOUGHTS BEFORE THE ELECTION

In the next few months, beleaguered Haiti will be holding a Presidential election. At this time, there are around 100+ political parties, including old wealth, ex-dictator pals and at least one cannibal. The country is seeing a resurgence in voodoo as a solution to its troubles. While this all occurs, few of the candidates are addressing the gorilla in the room. Here are some thoughts on the issue.
