Why DFinity Modulates Staking Rewards

I recently put out a video proving to my viewers that DFinity modulates your staking rewards when you cash out. In other words, you are not paid what the staking dashboard promises. After reviewing a few comments from my viewers, I decided to do some more probing. In this video, I go over the maturity modulation chart provided by DFinity as well as the reason they gave for modulation in their documentation. I hope you misfits enjoy!
