Russia has offered to release 500 Ukrainian POWs in a potential exchange deal. But Kiev only wants a mere fraction of them back – just 38 soldiers.
RT's editor-in-chief, Margarita Simonyan, posted the complete list of prisoners on her Telegram channel. She said those troops Kiev wanted back were predominantly from neo-Nazi formations within the Ukrainian army, particularly the Azov Battalion. What about others? Well, apparently Kiev doesn’t care about them.
