Buying Land Legwork

Our first time buying raw land. We're in a new state, new county, new town. The legwork of investigations on electricity, well, septic, building, survey, etc etc. Visiting the county on a regular basis, researching & researching. It's an obstacle course. Quitting my job and going full force into doing all the legwork prior to close, post close, and construction, and bids, and quotes, and scheduling, ordering, developing ideas, plans, and land.
