So I was at the Municipal Hall this morning, March 22, 2020, Sunday. I heard the announcement of Hon. Hector Gacita almost pleading to the residents of Mankayan to heed the advice of the Government that they stay Home. Thinking it deeply, you can't help but admire their dedication in trying to protect their constituents from this diseas..The leadership of Hon. Mayor Frenzel Ayong and all the other officials here is really visible. Now as a citizen, it is time for us to do our part and listen to them.
