1. Come down, Jesus, among us,
Descend from divine glories,
Come down, for the battle is on,
And it's hard without You.
Descend now by the Holy Spirit
I got tired on the way,
We are beaten by the rain, by the wind,
For a long time bitter and mournful.

2. I call you, your hungry people
Watching in anticipation
To speak to them through the Holy Spirit,
To call out again.
The fig tree, here, is green
And summer is near
The love in our hearts has grown cold
And it's night outside.

3. The blind are waiting for you like before
And the lame in the assembly,
Hundreds of patients are waiting for you
Give them healing.
Mothers are waiting for you crying,
And many orphans on the roads
To caress them and hold them close to your chest,
Never leave them alone.

4. The faithful brothers are waiting
Let the sky open
Wait in fervent prayers
Let the Dove come,
To come again with tongues of fire
And roared strong,
To shake the house again,
To pour the oil into the candlestick.

5. I am also waiting, an insignificant one,
And longing burns in my chest,
When up in the clouds you will appear
With you to take my flight.
Help me to be patient,
to wait
To be able to reach Your country
From beyond sight
