Yorkshire Terrier or Fidget Spinner?

Ah fidget spinners. I remember them like it was yesterday. Now is what I'm looking at actually a fidget spinner? Or is it a Yorkie? Here's what happens: An adult man spins a tiny, adorableYorkshire Terrier dog around on a floor. He does a football chant, where he then slides him through his legs, pretending to play football. The excited dog dog runs back and he does it again indoors. Kids giggle in the background as he does so. He spins the dog around again like a fidget spinner. This dog is super happy excited, and loves playing with his dog dad!
