The automaker is now reviewing their previous requirements for dealers to qualify for their Model E Certification program. Ford modified the requirements in November but has now recommended dealers stop any investments related to the program while they review information gathered from over one-thousand dealers. Ford has delayed a 12-billion dollar investment in EV's and expects their Model E business division to lose five-point-five billion dollars this year.
