Ultimate Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings

For the chicken wings
1 kg chicken wings
4 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of chili/cajun pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

For the chili sauce
50 g butter
4 tbsp hot sauce (such as 'Sriracha', or other)
1 clove of garlic, grated
Some salt and pepper

For the sour cream dip
125 ml sour cream
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 /2 lemon juice

Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour, paprika, chili and salt, pepper. Set aside.
Cut the chicken wings in tree pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
Toss the chicken wings with the flour mixture well until evenly coated, then cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
Air fry the chicken wings with 'Air Fry' setting for 15-17 minutes 200°C. I used Ninja Air fryer. Don't forget to turn them around half way through cooking.
Meanwhile, put the butter, hot sauce, garlic and pinch of salt, pepper in to a small saucepan. Stir together and heat until the butter is melted.
Put the cooked wings into a large bowl, pour over the hot sauce mixture and stir until well coated.
For the dip, mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Serve with lemon wedges and sour cream dip.
