The Air Quality Index of India is in an alarming condition. Out of the top 50 most polluted cities, 42 are Indian cities… Delhi sitting right at the top!
The AQI index measures the amount of pollutants in the air and the scale expands till 500. But a recent survey revealed Delhi had crossed 900 mark, that isn’t even measured by the scale, just imagine! There are so many experiments proving that if you live in any of the top Indian metropolitan cities and you still haven’t smoked a cigarette… Well, not a big deal, your lungs might still be as damaged as of a serial smokers’.
There are many reasons behind the low AQI of India, but we can do 2 things about it!
