NDAA Amendment: DoD Projects Should Not Belong to the Unions!

Joe Biden’s Executive Order 14063 required any large-scale DOD construction project to be part of a union or labor agreement. My NDAA amendment would terminate this order and unlock more opportunities to meet the needs of the country.

We should not constrain the choices of the Department of Defense solely to union shops. In right-to-work states like Florida, there ought to be an opportunity for ALL bidders to ensure that U.S. taxpayers are getting the best price for the highest-quality work.
