Defending Plant-Based Foods

This video defends plant-based foods because there is an alarming trend in this day and age where several people are demonizing the plant-based foods that God created all because of the carbs. What those people refuse to realize is that there is a difference in between complex carbs and simple carbs. The complex carbs which are the carbs found in whole grains and several fruits & vegetables are healthy carbs and should be consumed regularly as they are a source of energy. On the other hand, simple carbs which are the carbs that are only found in refined grains and other processed foods are unhealthy carbs that should only be eaten as a treat once in a while.

Remember: If food comes straight from the Earth then it is healthy.
