In this video, we'll continue our Lessons on the basics of dice shooting, from warmup stretches, to setting and gripping the dice, to shooting the dice down the table, and finally regulating the height of our throws at the craps table. This CMJ Dice Shooting Program will help you improve your game and learn the basics of dice shooting.

If you're new to learning how to throw the dice at the craps table or just want to get back to basics and brush up on your dice throwing skills, this video is for you! We'll teach you the basics of dice shooting so that you can improve your game and start playing with confidence! Yellow belt is the second belt level of the Craps Master Journey Dice Shooting Program.
