Kennewick Police Department - UNLAWFUL TAGGING OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

In Six years I've never had a car tagged in front of my home. And then all of the sudden as I fight the bank fraud and sue ex-police chief of the Kennewick Police Department Ken Hohenberg for bank fraud, the Kennewick Police Department tags my car to be towed. Note how they did not tag any other car in my neighborhood. Not to mention there are thousands of cars all over Kennewick parking in front of their home. You either tag all or none and at this point I am being discriminated against.
