Gym Owner Scores HUGE VICTORY Over Tyrannical NJ Governor

A New Jersey court has dismissed ALL 80 charges against gym owner Ian Smith’s bold decision to defy Governor Phil Murphy’s tyrannical COVID lockdown orders.

The court dropped all charges WITH prejudice. This means that the state of New Jersey is downright barred from refiling these charges against Smith and Atilis Gym.
