Ho fun cooked like this is really delicious :: the wide rice noodles are soft and chewy

Ingredients
1 pack of wet flat rice noodles
a piece of meat
2 mustard greens
1 bowl of bean sprouts
4 scallion
2 cayenne peppers
2 green chilies
3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
2 to 3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp powdered chicken stock
1/4 tsp salt, adjust to your taste
1/4 tsp ground pepper
