This special meeting was in regard to a resolution declaring unincorporated areas in Fairfield County (13 Townships) exclusionary zones for Industrial Solar Development.

Support and opposition speakers were given approximately three minutes each to address the commissioners.

The motion did pass with a vote of 2-0 with the third Commissioner Davis abstaining to vote.
