People may not realize that Spices are so much more than flavor. I find great benefit to this shake that I want to share with everyone. This is an energy SHAKE that surpasses all I ever known. At the age of 67 I follow an alkaline diet and have no problem with this traditional old drink from India changed alittle to add little more body, using figs and nut-butter.
