This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is Special Summoned: Change all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position. Those monsters' battle positions cannot be changed. Negate any battle damage you would take from battles involving this card, and if you do, inflict an equal amount of damage to your opponent, and if you do that, gain that many Life Points. Any card placed on your opponent's side of the field after this card was Special Summoned is banished during the Standby Phase of the next turn. Once, when this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while it has no Xyz Materials: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If Summoned this way, this card's ATK is equal to the number of banished cards x 1000.
