"It really does not yet connect Crimea with other occupied territories in the south of Ukraine; the road is just being built. It is being built quite quickly, and indeed, the Russians plan to use it primarily to ensure the military logistics of their southern group in order to supply everything they need without interruption for conducting hostilities," said Pletenchuk.
