Pro-Palestinian protesters interrupted a Senate hearing on Tuesday (May 21) as U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken started to share his testimony. Blinken made his case for President Joe Biden's more than $60 billion budget request for the State Department and the Agency for International Development to Congress on Tuesday, amid deep divides with Republicans over spending priorities and Israel policy.
