The International Criminal Court is pursuing arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar on war crimes charges.

Benjamin Netanyahu is accused of:
- Famine
- Caused by great suffering
- Intentional killing/murder
- Attacks on the civilian population
- Crimes against humanity such as extermination and murder
- Persecution and other inhumane acts

Why are both Hamas and Israel being accused?
