Hail Storm: Is this the new normal?!

This year has certainly been a strange one for weather. This storm in Colorado does not appear to be an exception to that observation.
With weather modification now becoming mainstream and much less of a conspiracy could this be to blame? Are we reaping the results of our own schemes to control climate?
It certainly would appear to be the case. We are living in an age of increased turmoil, and as a result need to decide where our hope will land. Is it going to remain in corrupt governments or in the creator God who is ultimately in control.
