Perrinton Woman Pleads Not Guilty to a Hit and Run Involving 16 People

According to ABC12, Monroe was driving while under the influence of alcohol, and pleads not guilty to the charges against her, which include two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing death; two counts of failure to stop at the scene of the accident when at fault, causing death; six counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing serious injury; and one count of failure to stop at the scene of the accident resulting in serious impairment or death. The crash killed two individuals, left one in critical condition, and injured the other thirteen in a non-life-threatening capacity.
